At Harshil Residency, we understand that sometimes life takes unexpected turns. Plans may change, journeys may pause, and we completely respect that. We believe in being fair and transparent about our cancellation and refund process.

This Return and Refund Policy explains how bookings can be cancelled and when refunds are applicable.

1. Booking Cancellation by Guest

We welcome all guests with open hearts, but if you need to cancel your booking, here’s how we handle it:

• Free Cancellation:
  If you cancel your booking Within 24 Hours of booking, you will receive a full refund. No questions asked.

• No Refund:
  If you cancel Post 24 hours of booking, unfortunately, no refund will be provided as the room is held for you.

👉 Please check the specific cancellation window while booking, as some offers or special rates may have different policies.

2. Booking Cancellation by Harshil Residency

Though it is rare, in case we have to cancel your booking due to unavoidable circumstances like maintenance issues, or any issue within Harshil Residency controls, we will:

• Offer you an alternative stay option, or

• Provide a full refund immediately without any deductions.

We will always prioritize your convenience and comfort first.

3. Refund Process

• Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

• The refund will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).

4. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some special discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable. For such bookings, the full amount will be charged and no refund will be issued in case of cancellation.

Don’t worry, this will always be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

5. Early Check-Out

If you choose to check out before your reserved stay period:

• Refund for unused nights will not be provided unless it is a genuine emergency and approved by management.
